1. My dog had to have his hind legs amputated, is the AnyoneGo wheelchair still suitable for him?

Definitely yes. Many of our clients don’t have their back limbs at all. In this case, we just don’t use the bar, which supports the back feet, and, for even greater comfort, we use a different saddle lining. This adjustment can also be made additionally, in case the dog loses his legs for health reasons after getting the wheelchair.

2. How do I know that a wheelchair is suitable for my dog?

It is always best to consult your dog’s medical situation with a veterinarian or a physiotherapist. If getting a wheelchair is recommended, then AnyoneGo products are definitely a good choice.

3. Are the AnyoneGo wheelchairs suitable also for big dog breeds?

At the moment, we produce carts only for small and medium breeds. Wheelchairs for the largest breeds (such as the German Shepherd or the Bernese Mountain Dog) are not available yet. As they must withstand the weight of a very large dog, we want to test the design and materials thoroughly. If you would like to participate in the testing, please write to us at support@anyonego.com

4. Do I have to bring my dog somewhere to get measured?

Before ordering the wheelchair, we need to know your pet’s measurements. But you can make them in the comfort of your home, it is not necessary to transport the dog anywhere.

Here, we have prepared a video showing how to properly and easily measure your dog. Detailed instructions can also be downloaded here. Once you have the measurements, contact us via the inquiry form or write to us at support@anyonego.com

We will assess the data and get back to you within two working days.

5. How long will I have to wait for the cart?

Because we print the wheelchairs specifically to measure for each dog, we cannot ship them immediately. The production time is around 2-3 weeks depending on the current workload of the team. Before you finalize the order and during the manufacturing of your wheelchair, we will keep you informed about the dates and stages of production.

6. My dog still can feel his legs a little bit, will the wheelchair be of any use to him?

AnyoneGo carts serve not only as a compensatory aid for dogs that are completely paralyzed in their back legs, but it is also possible to use them as a walking aid. In this case, the wheelchair provides the rear legs the needed support.

The wheelchair is exactly the same, but if used as a walker, the dog’s legs are not placed in the back leg bar. The bar can be removed and reattached in a very simple way.

So, even your dog which has trouble walking but is not paralyzed can use the wheelchair for his benefit. However, don’t forget you should always consult a veterinarian or physiotherapist about your pet’s diagnosis, prognosis, and the suitability of the wheelchair.

7. Is the cart printed on a 3D printer?

Yes, except for tires and screws, all components are 3D printed. As for materials, we mostly choose PETG, the more stressed components are made of PC polycarbonate. If you know your dog is very active, has more dogs in the house, or like to go on walks in nature, we recommend the SLS technology and material.

8. Does the cart have any veterinary certifications?

No, at the moment this is not veterinary (medical) aid. However, when developing and improving our products, we are cooperating with physiotherapy and veterinary experts.

9. How much does the AnyoneGo wheelchair weigh?

This depends on the size of the wheelchair. The Nano wheelchair weights about 500g, Micro wheelchair 1.2 kg, Small 2 kg, and the Medium trolley about 2.5 kg. Therefore, they are very easy to transport and handle and do not burden the dogs unnecessarily.

10. Are the AnyoneGo carts only suitable for dogs or also other animals?

At the moment all of our clients are dogs, but our smallest (Micro) wheelchair for back legs is also usable for cats.

11. Are there any limitations on using the AnyoneGo wheelchair?

It should be kept in mind that a dog with a wheelchair is not completely healthy. Although the cart helps him a lot, certain limitations must be respected for the wheelchair to serve your dog for a long time. Do not let the dog with the wheelchair go into unfamiliar terrain or water. The cart is not suitable for walking up stairs or riding on other difficult surfaces. For example, a field or a wide forest trail is perfectly fine.

12. Can the dog lie down, while in the wheelchair?

Yes, it is one of the great advantages of our wheelchair. The Small and Medium AnyoneGo wheelchairs have folding wheels. With a simple and quick movement, you will allow the dog to lie down and rest. The tilting wheels also save space if you need to transport the cart.

13. Is it possible for the dog to injure himself while in a wheelchair?

Theoretically, yes. Always keep in mind that the dog is not 100% healthy. When running around, the wheelchair can get caught somewhere or get stuck. The dog does not realize that now, due to the wheelchair, he is wider. So it is important that you keep him under surveillance and ready to help.

However, the trolley is as safe as it can be: the construction is very stable and will not tip over, the materials used are hypoallergenic and very strong. From the design to the materials and manufacturing, everything is set up so that, when used correctly, the product is as safe as possible.

14. What happens if the wheelchair brakes?

If there is any problem with your wheelchair, contact us as soon as possible, preferably via support@anyonego.com. Briefly describe what went wrong and how, and ideally attach a photo.

We will contact you as soon as possible and agree on what to do next on a case-by-case basis.

15. I want to submit a complaint about the cart, how should I proceed?

If you are not satisfied, please use our contact e-mail support@anyonego.com

Describe/photograph/make a video showing the problem and we will do our best to solve it at once.

16. How will I get my wheelchair? Do I have to go somewhere with my dog?

The wheelchair will be transported by the post or other courier service. In your package, you’ll also get the instructions for use. Even before you get your hands on your dog’s brand new cart, you can learn all about its different parts, what, and how to set it up on this website. If you still have questions, write us an e-mail at podpora@anyonego.com or message us Facebook.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with the settings of the wheelchair a bit, many parts of the cart can be easily modified to suit your dog and his unique handicap. You will surely find the perfect setting very soon. And then, the walks start again!

17. Do you offer lower prices for shelters and other non-profits?

Yes, if you represent a non-profit organization and need a wheelchair or brace for one of your animal clients, we can agree on a discounted price. We know that in these cases it’s often necessary to raise money for their care via crowdfunding and that this veterinary and other care is very financially and personally demanding. That’s why we always try our best to reach a deal that is suitable for everyone.
